PAELLA COOKING CLASS AND UNTOLD BARCELONA TOUR
In this one-of-a-kind experience, we discover all the grandeur and beauty of Barcelonan history, art and culture – and then we are taught by Barcelona’s most prestigious cooking school how to prepare Spain’s most iconic dish…paella…while we enjoy exquisite Spanish wine.
This experience starts with a compelling two-hour walking tour through some of Barcelona’s most famous sites. You are treated an overview of the city and also to the surprising secrets of the most interesting area of the city, the enigmatic Gothic Quarter…secrets you will never forget and would never find on a conventional tour. We travel through more than 2,000 years of history, from the ancient Roman ruins to Medieval traditions to the fascinating modern political and cultural underpinnings of the Catalonian Independence Movement…and everything in between.
Following our walking tour, we delight our palates and minds by learning how to make an exquisite artisanal paella in Barcelona’s most prestigious cooking school. While we craft our authentic paella, we learn about the Mediterranean terroir as we taste exceptional Spanish wines.
A remarkable learning experience not to be missed!
